Excellent Roadside Assistance – Fast & Reliable! My car broke down on the street unexpectedly, and I called Roadside Certified Assistance for help. They arrived quickly, were very professional, and towed my car safely to my mechanic’s shop without any issues. The driver was courteous, knowledgeable, and made a stressful situation feel easy and manageable. I truly appreciate their fast response and reliable service. Highly recommended!

I got a flat tire on my way home from work late at night. Called them right before I think they were about to close and they were happy to help. I was told it would take about an hour for the driver to get to me, but he arrived in about 25 minutes. He also changed my tire in about 10 minutes. The driver was professional, quick, and friendly. Price was very reasonable too. Will definitely use their services again.

I had an amazing experience with Certified Roadside Assistance. From start to finish, their team was extremely kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. Dennis on dispatch was incredible, he was super friendly, professional, and quick to get everything coordinated. The service arrived way faster than I expected, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. On top of that, their prices are very fair, especially considering how fast and reliable they are. Dennis and Louis were amazing! Dennis went out of his way to get the driver Louis to me as soon as possible as I was not in a good location and it was dark out. Louis was very nice and made me feel comfortable and at ease. He got me home and was kind enough to put the car in my driveway. Dennis even followed up the next day to make sure I was okay and the service went as planned. The communication from both of these employees was amazing! You don’t find service like this anymore. I highly recommend this company if you’re ever in a position to need help with your vehicle.

I found myself in a bit of a bind, as not only did I need a new battery, but the battery terminals needed replacing too. While the total charge was around $400, I can honestly say that the convenience of having them handle it made the investment worthwhile. Initially, I was a bit concerned about the ETA they provided, as the tow truck arrived about 2 hours later than expected. However, this minor hiccup was far outweighed by the outstanding service I received. Juan, the technician who came to help me, was absolutely amazing! He didn’t just rush through the job; instead, he took the time to ensure everything was done correctly and to the highest standard. Juan also went above and beyond by providing me with reliable information on a local mechanic I can trust for future needs. It's rare these days to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers, but Juan certainly fits the bill. Great job all around by this team. Thank you, Juan!
