From the moment Julie and her team at Changing Places took over my move, everything just clicked. What should have been a stressful relocation became surprisingly smooth. Julie mapped everything out perfectly, and Claire, who managed the actual move, brought an incredible attention to detail that you just don't expect from a moving company. Claire, Kelli, Brian, Naomi, and Kristin were nothing short of amazing over the next several days, and each of them brought something special to the process. They didn't just pack and unpack—they completely rethought how my spaces could work better. After packing up my old place, they even left my slippers by the bed for my last night there. Little touches like that showed they actually cared about making this easier for me. The coordination they handled was impressive. Multiple vendors, electricians, art installation—they juggled all the scheduling and logistics that would have been a complete headache. Everything happened when it was supposed to, and I didn't have to manage any of it. What really stood out was how they were with my two hairless cats, Kevin and Boolean. Instead of just working around them, the team genuinely enjoyed them, setting up comfortable spots when needed and even taking photos of them in the newly organized closet. Claire mentioned the whole office fell in love with them. The results speak for themselves. The closet alone is a masterpiece—everything color-coordinated and perfectly arranged. But it wasn't just about making things look good; they created systems that actually make sense for daily life. They even offered to come back in a few weeks to tweak anything based on how the space is actually working. Changing Places made moving genuinely enjoyable, which I didn't think was possible. Julie's planning, Claire's execution, and the whole team's authentic care transformed a potentially awful experience into something positive. They created a real home for me and my cats, and I genuinely can't recommend them enough.
