Recently purchased a 2017 Subaru Legacy. Brought in for a complete inspection. Clem walked me through the results. The main thing needed was a front differential fluid flush. Came in after the work was completed. The mechanic Chris did a great job showing me what happened. Patrick had a recommendation for a place to make a second key. Everything went well. Thanks fellows

They do outstanding work great customer service great care can't say enough great things about this company. if you have vehicle issues I highly recommend contacting them ..fast friendly great family owned business..keep it in the family like we do with all our cars..Contact Chase automotive you won't be disapointed at the slightest HIGHLY RECOMMEND we needed a great company to care of our Ram as it has to pull and care for our home. I have a Sprinter Van that needed an emissions test. Sprinters are tricky because you have to disable the traction control so they can conduct the test. Patrick S. was my service advisor and helped me out with all my questions, and there were a lot of them. He is knowledgeable, a great communicator and made sure I knew what to expect when I came down to the shop. He kept me informed of when my van was next and when it was finished. I waited about an hour to get the emissions test so that wasn’t bad. People at Chase Automotive Repair are really nice and attentive especially Patrick. Thanks Patrick for helping me out!! I will be back to see you as soon as I need another emissions on my sprinter.

I really appreciate the thorough, inexpensive inspective this shop provided for me! Even though the issue they addressed unsurprisingly confirmed my desire to find another vehicle, I am happy to have had a detailed explanation for the reasons why I am inclined to do so. Compared to a franchised chain, this shop took the time to respectfully respond to my concerns and provide practical feedback. To Andrew and Patrick on the front end and Juan in the back of the house, thank you kindly! And they left me with the knowledge that they offer free pre-purchase inspections. I will gladly return here!
