Recently purchased a 2017 Subaru Legacy. Brought in for a complete inspection. Clem walked me through the results. The main thing needed was a front differential fluid flush. Came in after the work was completed. The mechanic Chris did a great job showing me what happened. Patrick had a recommendation for a place to make a second key. Everything went well. Thanks fellows

I have a Sprinter Van that needed an emissions test. Sprinters are tricky because you have to disable the traction control so they can conduct the test. Patrick S. was my service advisor and helped me out with all my questions, and there were a lot of them. He is knowledgeable, a great communicator and made sure I knew what to expect when I came down to the shop. He kept me informed of when my van was next and when it was finished. I waited about an hour to get the emissions test so that wasn’t bad. People at Chase Automotive Repair are really nice and attentive especially Patrick. Thanks Patrick for helping me out!! I will be back to see you as soon as I need another emissions on my sprinter.

I really appreciate the thorough, inexpensive inspective this shop provided for me! Even though the issue they addressed unsurprisingly confirmed my desire to find another vehicle, I am happy to have had a detailed explanation for the reasons why I am inclined to do so.
