Our experience with this company was absolutely amazing. Jorge was our technician I cannot speak highly enough about him. He was knowledgeable on time and a pleasure to have here today.He had our problem fixed within an hour. The price was so reasonable. I would recommend this company to anyone in our local area. We will definitely have them on speed dial for the future. If I could give this company more than five stars, I definitely would.

We are very pleased for the service received from Chesapeake Heating and Air Conditiong from the start to the completion of the HVAC installation. Brian gave a great price as compared to the other companies. He was so considerate, pleasant and explained what are expected as written on the contract.I think because of their knowledge and experience, the installation headed by John along with Dillon and Joseph went smoothly, no dirt or debris were left behind. Also would like to mention the effeciency of Mary G who quickly communicates via phone calls or texts. Our big thanks to you all.

We had an amazing experience with Chesapeake Heating and Air from start to finish. From the moment we decided to move forward with our HVAC purchase, their team was attentive, communicative, and truly made us feel taken care of, not just like another customer on a list. They consistently kept us informed throughout the process and were always easy to reach with any questions. What really set them apart, though, was their dedication after the install. When we ran into an issue with our thermostat, they came out at 9 PM just to make sure everything was working properly. That level of care and responsiveness is honestly rare. I can’t recommend them enough. Choosing a small, local business over a large corporation was 100% the right decision! Chesapeake Heating and Air treats you like a person, not a number, and it shows in everything they do.

Had my heating stop working when the temps went below freezing for a few days. My usual HVAC service company has been getting flaky recently, and they were unable to get a tech to my address until the next day. So I looked online for local companies and ended up calling Chesapeake H&AC because of the great reviews I saw online. The lady that answered the phone was great, listened to my issue, and said they could have someone out within a few hours. Considering the temps were going to be around 20 F that night, I was extremely grateful that they took my issue seriously and would have someone out to get me up and running quickly. Brian was the tech that showed up and he was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He listened to my description of the issue, checked out the system, and had a fix for me very quickly. I'm very happy with the service I received. Chesapeake H&AC were friendly, fast, and reasonable. I now have them at the top of my list of companies to call when I have HVAC issues. Thank you to Brian and the nice lady at the dispatch (I'm very sorry I've completely spaced on her name) for the quick resolution to my problem! 🙏🙏🙏✌️

I highly recommend Chesapeake Heating and Cooling as they did a great job with our whole system heat pump install. They were honest, reasonably priced, very professional and were able to bring a large crew in and get it done in one day. I work from home, and my work was never affected by them being in my house. We had an old split system a/c that was not working when we bought the house, so they had to remove that entire system first. We got an all-new duct system including new metal trunk, new supply lines, registers and filter grills, two new additional registers and an additional return, new air handler stand, metal overflow pan, two safety switches, thermostat, t-stat wire, copper line set, drain, new electrical wiring and breakers, outdoor disconnect and a split system heat pump. John the lead installer did a very neat job everything in our attic looks tidy, the outdoor line set coming down the exterior wall is plumb and neat which is very important to us. Brian the owner even came to the job to check on the progress and make sure we were happy. Our new system is so quiet and every room in our house is now comfortable. Mary registered our equipment for us so we could take advantage of the 10-year equipment warranty when registering online. We are so happy we chose the RIGHT company to do our install. We will also be having them do our annual maintenance. Thank you Chesapeake Heating and Cooling!!!
