I genuinely love Chick-fil-A. I eat here often, and most locations are consistent, friendly, and reliable. That’s exactly why this one is so frustrating. This Monterey Rd location constantly forgets the sauces I clearly select in my order. Not once. Not twice. It’s become a pattern. At this point, I almost expect to open my bag and find dry nuggets and sandwiches staring back at me. It might sound small, but sauces are part of the meal. When you pay for food and take the time to customize your order, you shouldn’t have to double-check the bag every single visit because the same mistake keeps happening at the same store. The food itself is usually good, which makes this even more disappointing. This feels like a basic quality control issue that just isn’t being taken seriously. I want this location to be as good as the rest of the brand, but right now, it’s falling short in the most avoidable way.
Despite the tasty food, CFA often offers poor services. We ordered 5 items in total this time and 3 of them are either incorrect or missing. Similar issue has been observed at other locations as well. At this point I believe this is a generic issue across all CFA location. CFA needs to increase the training of the employees to avoid this type of problem.
Please refrain from going to this location. We typically try to avoid it due to items always missing and being incorrect but when we do decide to go since we are nearby, unfortunately the result has always been the same. It seems as though the staff have not been trained properly and managers do not care about ensuring employees know the standards. For some odd reason the staff here all of a sudden don’t understand what a spicy deluxe with pepper jack cheese is once you order it lettuce wrapped. Other examples include missing drinks, sides, requests. When you do bring up this issue, they deflect and pretend like you can’t read the packaging on your food telling you how it’s supposed to be made.
Well despite being beyond packed , I placed a mobile order and it pretty much looked like the cars , [two lines] of cars was going past us. Obviously beyond irritating... sooo I wait hey in here might as well google review . The staff Obviously didn't like me taking pictures [ I try to avoid faces and juts get the lines or lack of and stuff on the floor.] Orser placed at 2:24 , I didn't leave till 3:19 .. excessive. Maybe a bigger staff is needed or get those kids out the sun and show them how to make a spicey chicken
Like always the customer service was absolutely amazing. As a whole the chicken sandwiches are above average but the sauces are the best around. Every time you thank a staff member they respond with “my pleasure” I love it. The shakes are also great I recommend the strawberry one.
