via Google We feel so fortunate to have found Ms. Ruby as a caregiver for our daughter. From the start, she has been incredibly warm, attentive, and compassionate. Although our little one can be shy and slow to warm up to new people, Ms. Ruby’s gentle approach and kind heart immediately create a sense of comfort and trust. It’s clear that she genuinely cares for each child, and her patience is truly remarkable.
What really stands out is Ms. Ruby’s ability to understand and respond to each child’s unique personality and needs. Our little one always feels safe and happy in her care, and she actively encourages learning and exploration through creative play. We especially love that she spends so much time outdoors with the children, surrounded by beautiful flowers, trees, and birds. The time spent enjoying nature, combined with a variety of outdoor activities, adds so much to the experience and really nurtures a sense of wonder in our child.
Since being with Ms. Ruby, we’ve noticed significant growth, not only in new skills but also in confidence and curiosity. It's amazing how many words are now being spoken in Spanish thanks to her efforts.
Ms. Ruby consistently keeps us informed, whether it’s sharing details about the day or noting small milestones. Her calm and graceful handling of every situation gives us such peace of mind as parents. We couldn't be more pleased with the love and care she provides, and we’re so grateful for the positive impact she’s had.

Jesse DuBoisvia Google Ms Ruby, the proprietor, takes Children’s Garden beyond a home daycare, it’s a place of learning for infant to kindergarten — with several caring staff helping, it’s a student teacher ratio you won’t find elsewhere.
It would have been enough that we trust Ms Ruby’s supervision, based on her calm presence and many years of experience as a preschool teacher, plus she offers great hours of care and flexible scheduling for working parents.
But what takes it well beyond our expectations is that she fosters such a thriving, caring culture for the kids, helping them learn to be kind and responsible, brave and curious — and also have a lot of fun.
She looks out for their health with good meal plans and a fun and ever-changing (shaded) outdoor play space. They learn dances and songs, learn to cook, work in the garden, get messy, then clean up.
She plans rigorous curriculum and creative activities, to teach critical concepts and keep the kids minds open and active all day — field trips, math, science, reading. Rocket launch. Sorting. Right now we’re in a Vegetable-of-the-Day series.
Favorite so far has been “Donut Shop Day” when one kid expressed a passion for donuts and Ms Ruby grew that into a whole make believe lesson with cooking, transactions, bill counting, then chalk donuts for sidewalk art.
Looking back, our daughter first learned Spanish and English, then the ABCs before we even knew, same with counting to 10, then 20, and beyond, now writing out (imperfect) words. Blew us away.
Most important, Ms Ruby cares personally about every kid in her care, and so do all her staff. Never have I doubted they are rooting for our family and our kids to be happy, healthy, and steadily learning and growing.
It’s a big relief, feeling that kind of trust every day when we drop them off and pick them up.

Grady Changvia Google We’re so thankful to have found Ms. Ruby at Children’s Garden Childcare and Preschool. We enrolled our toddler about a month after having our second baby. With so many changes going on for our toddler, Ms. Ruby was able to help transition him to a safe and fun environment and sent us many updates during the day. She is incredibly caring and most importantly, is always accommodating and understanding. As two working parents with a newborn, we cannot stress how much of a load she has lifted off of us. Thank you Ms. Ruby and your wonderful staff, Ms. Jackie and Mrs. Olivia!

Brian Moorevia Google We’ve been sending our baby daughter to Miss Ruby’s amazing daycare since she was 5 months old. Every single day I bring her, she is so excited to spend another day with Miss Ruby. I know she’s so well taken care of and we get updates throughout the day (as well as a full day recap at the end of the day). It’s clear our daughter is making little baby friends and we are as well with all the other parents. Couldn’t have dreamt of a better environment for our daughter!

Emily Smithvia Google I'm so thankful we found Children's Garden for our 9 month old. It's such a special, loving place. Every day when I pick up my daughter she is happy and smiling. Ms. Ruby and her teacher assistants are so sweet with the kids, and I know my baby is in good hands when I drop her off each morning.
