Office is just toxic. I only see Dr Eden he’s great and so is his MA Gabby. The rest of the staff is rude, Cynthia brushes you off the phone like you bothering her. One girl was in with a crop top. Jenna never wants to see anyone she’ll provide recommendations just so she don’t have to see your child. Young girl at the front desk was nice but then I overheard her talking badly about a patient with Jenna. Hopefully Dr Eden reads this and does a complete facelift within his office or he will be losing a lot of patients.
The receptionists here are consistently rude. Every time I call, I feel rushed off the phone and spoken to with a tone that’s dismissive and condescending. There’s a complete lack of concern or courtesy, and it feels like I’m being treated as if my questions or needs don’t matter. It’s frustrating and unprofessional, this kind of treatment makes it difficult to feel comfortable or respected as a patient/client.
I’ve been trying to get a referral for a specialist for my daughter through Children’s Medical Group since her physical last summer, and the process has been frustrating and disappointing. Since January, I’ve called at least 15 times, constantly running into delays, miscommunication, and poor follow-through. Referrals were sent to the wrong fax numbers, the wrong departments (adult instead of pediatrics), or not sent at all. I had to do the legwork myself—tracking down the correct contact info and procedures, then relaying it back to CMG, only to face more delays. Eventually, I learned from the specialist’s office that CMG should’ve ordered ultrasounds first—standard protocol they completely missed. As of May, we still don’t have the ultrasound or the specialist appointment. The only person who showed care was Cynthia, who at least provided the correct contact info and tried to help. Dr. Eden is a fantastic pediatrician and the only reason I’ve stayed, but the administrative staff’s lack of professionalism and customer service is unacceptable. The moment you call, you’re immediately placed on hold for long periods—setting the tone for how poorly things are handled. Families should not be left to chase down basic care for months.
I see a few negative reviews and would like to say that Dr. Eden and his staff are exceptional. The complaints seem to be there are a lot of patients and it’s hard to get appointments. There are a lot of patients because the care here is phenomenal. The 1-star reviews seem to be emotionally charged.
My children have been patients of Dr Eden's for eleven years. Dr. Eden is very nice, but the office has really gone downhill. They have taken on way too many patients. You can't get a sick visit even if you call first thing in the morning, and well visits are booked six months out. Multiple times now they have just told me to go to urgent care. His staff is disorganized and sometimes rude. I'm switching practices.
