Got my car towed here after an accident and I could NOT have picked a better spot! Everyone here was absolutely so sweet and patient with me. They have been nothing but nice and extremely understanding with everything. Special shoutout to the general manager Husein who was the absolute best and nicest person!!! I highly, highly recommend bringing your car here if you need to! I cannot hype this place up enough.

Classic Collision was one collision shop approved of through insurance. I went to the one off Dale Street. Everyone was great, but Kristi really walked me through the whole process, answered all questions, kept me up-to-date and was really honest and pleasant to work with. They arranged for a rental car and everything worked so smoothly. My car was done earlier than I expected and it was clean inside and out, something I did not expect. I felt like I was driving a new car. Kudos to the whole team. This was paid through someone else’s insurance, so the cost didn’t affect me, but I did receive an invoice to document the work that was done and I don’t remember the price being outrageous.

The customer service at Classic Collision is exception, and was far beyond any other auto body shop I’ve worked with. Husein Hassan and Kristie Esterby went above and beyond: they kept me updated every step of the way, worked tirelessly with my insurance company, and even handled all the rental car details so I didn’t have to worry about a thing. When I picked up my car, it had been beautifully repaired and even detailed. Their shop is newly remodeled. Their communication was excellent. Classic Collision truly combined professionalism with neighborhood charm. Highly recommend, especially Husein and Kristie!
