I just came across this today and I have say that I'm impressed. You never know what is in your backyard.

This was my first experience with pottery my instructor (Jason) is truly amazing! Very sad to see him leave the studio, but happy that he’s starting a new chapter. Jason is so patient with everyone. (Five stars for him 😊) I’m really disappointed with my recent experience here. My sister and I visited the studio and were treated very rudely by a staff member Karen but goes by Ren. (ironic… living up to her name) when we arrived and again when we were leaving. There was no greeting, and the tone was dismissive and unwelcoming, which honestly made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. We simply came in to glaze our pieces and she was very rude she raised her voice at us, that’s when we decided to leave without glazing our pieces. When communicating with people there is absolutely no need to raise your voice. Can’t help but think WE were just unwelcome because she was very polite to the other person. I will not be coming back to this studio. I will not recommend this studio to anyone. This was upsetting because we came in expecting a friendly and relaxing environment. I’m sharing this so management is aware and can address how guests are treated, because no one should feel this way when visiting a creative space. I hope this is taken seriously and improves in the future.

The person who answers the phone is incredibly rude and unprofessional. Definitely not someone who should be dealing with customers.
