Nice facility, but lots of kids running around unsupervised. There was no enforcement of floor safety. Kids were horsing around on the mat in the bouldering area while I was climbing, and even though I was checking my landings, I nearly fell on a kid horsing around on the mat on two occasions in the same session. Pretty dangerous- I wouldn't be surprised if someone was seriously injured here.

While the facilities are much nicer than some of the older locations, East and West, the general negligence towards safety I have seen at West must extend across all gyms Climb manages. Downclimbs are fairly inexpensive additions to bouldering walls and make risk management easier in an already inherently dangerous sport. Bouldering is also the most injury prone style of climbing, which is why I cannot understand why Climb Kraft refuses to install proper amounts of downclimbs at different heights across the wall. I know several people that have complained about this already, and no efforts to improve things have been made. I personally know someone who topped a boulder, saw the nearest downclimb was at the same height as the last hold and had to just let go from the top and seriously injured themselves resulting in the need for surgery. Climb consistently cuts corners at the expense of members' and visitors' safety. Once Climb begins to treat its customers and employees with the respect they deserve, maybe it will stop hemorrhaging memberships.

Love this gym. Recently added a fitness area, which is awesome. Shirts are recommended, but not required; which is extremely good for those who overheat easily. The only downside is that the Kilter Board gets broken often. But when it's stuck at 40° or higher, it's still fine.

Super fun setting with awesome and friendly staff. There’s a good mix of compy problems and more technical ones. This gym is already great and already 5 stars IMO, but a few things on my wishlist: 1. A few more hangboards would be nice. 2. Routes could be filled in a tiny bit. As is, it’s possible to finish up almost all the routes in a single session. But there is a kilter board which is great. 3. Shower or foot washing station would be a huge plus. Will definitely be back here to climb.
