⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If I could give more than five stars, I would. Lan Pellegrin of Coast to Coast Events, Inc. stepped in when I was dealing with an absolute nightmare trying to switch my business phone services. I own businesses in Brandon and Flowood, MS, with three business lines, and the situation had become confusing, stressful, and completely overwhelming. When Lan introduced himself, I was already frustrated and ready to walk away. Instead of rushing me, he sat down, listened patiently, and genuinely cared about understanding the problem. That alone set him apart. What truly impressed me was his follow-through. Even though everything couldn’t be fixed right away, Lan left his contact information, promised he would come back — and he did. He stayed calm, professional, and worked through the issues until everything was straightened out. This level of patience, integrity, and customer service is rare these days. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I cannot say enough great things about Ian. He helped me transition a very complicated, integrated phone plan from Verizon to AT&T, and somehow made the entire process feel seamless and stress-free. From start to finish, Ian was incredibly informative, patient, kind, and understanding. He took the time to explain everything clearly, especially the terminology, without ever making me feel rushed, dismissed, or overwhelmed. What truly sets Ian apart is how he communicates — there is no catch, no pressure, and no sales talk. What a great experience this was! Ive had my last phone for ova 5years and wasn't thinking bout getting a new one till Mr. Raheem convinced me too. And he walked me thru it and it was literally simple and I didn't even have to pay that much. I shoulda been switched to AT&T! Thanks Mr. Raheem I appreciate ya help and look forward to enjoying my new iPhone pro

It was another day at the job when Ian and his crew walked into the shop. Typically I automatically shut down anyone trying to sell me something at random especially cell/ internet service. However I heard Ian out..& long story short I went with my gut and switched my internet and cell service (been with Sprint/TMobile since 2001) He was professional, respectful with a nice delivery combined with a deal that would save me money each month so I went with my move and switched over. Every enquiry I’ve had since our interaction he’s quick to respond. Cool guy. Highly recommend to do business with.

Jarrin helped us out for our business services and my personal service. He is amazing! Super nice very respectable and professional. He even checked up with us the day after our internet install, he had two lovely ladies with him Courtney and Tracy who were amazing to talk to as well.
