I can confidently say that the reason our wedding day was so amazing was because of Isabella and her incredible team at Coastal Celebrations! Going into the planning process, I thought organizing our wedding would be easy but I quickly realized just how much I needed Isabella’s expertise. From our very first meeting at the venue, we knew she would do everything possible to ensure our day was absolutely perfect. We booked the Day-Of Coordination package, and Isabella stepped in fully about three months before the wedding. Having her coordinate with all of our vendors was invaluable as she made sure everyone was aligned and nothing was overlooked. Isabella joined our final vendor calls and truly held our hands as all the loose ends were tied up. During our 30-day walkthrough, we covered every single detail of the day, and I left feeling completely relieved and confident. On the wedding day itself, Isabella went above and beyond. She came to the Airbnb where the bridal party was getting ready, collected our dresses, and headed to the venue to ensure everything was perfectly set up. Throughout the day, she kept us on schedule and was always right by my husband’s and my side, making sure we had everything we needed. Everyone says something will go wrong on your wedding day but I can honestly say nothing did, and that is entirely because of Isabella. I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about her and the entire team at Coastal Celebrations. I promise you will not regret booking them!

Costal celebrations handled our pretty intense wedding with the absolute utmost poise. My husband and I had the absolute pleasure of working with Lucy and her team with our venue at treasury on the plaza also located in st. Augustine. She was always incredibly responsive but not only that- she would always have a solution. We had spreads of snacks, foods, and drinks. Live band, dj, live painter, dancers, stilt walkers…. So many endless moving pieces and Lucy handled absolutely everything. She was able to do most of the communicating with the vendors for me, and even was able to be trusted for payment which she never missed or delayed for any reason. Always very attentive, as we do not live in st. Aug she was able to keep us on track from a distance. Had clear and direct time lines in place and would adjust no matter how many times someone g would change. Had email guides clear as day for wedding party for rehearsals and she actually entirely handled our wedding website! Adding and adjusting links as we continued to work together. Just wow. Now, the day of the wedding Lucy is an entirely different beast. Jack of all trades says it lightly- she did EVERYTHING! From hiding me and helping get a garter on, to busseling anytime someone would step on my dress later in the night. Keeping track of not only my personal items but my 10 month old baby’s as well! If time was being pressed in any way for one reason or another she immediately snapped to ensure thing would be correctly on track. From running to get my slippers mid photo session, to carrying my sneakers around downtown for photos. At any given moment during wedding day, if I said her name she appeared out of thin air like a fairy god mother. I cannot speak highly enough about this absolute wedding guardian angel. I said it all day, and I’ll say it again if I could give her 10 stars I would. At the end of the evening she even ran everything to our hotel for us, keep track of endless trinkets, clothing, electronics, and tbh just stuff. I most definitely had an excessive amount of stuff all of which always accounted for and she knew exactly where everything was. Thank you for making our day the absolute best.
