Brought in my Windows HP Laptop with a broken LCD. Brianna helped check me in, diagnosed my computer, and kept me updated as she fixed it. She found a few other broken parts on my laptop and highly recommended that I replace those as well but let me know it was optional. Everyone was extremely professional, respectful, and proficient in their work. For reference, they charge for initial diagnosis and labor fee as well as additional fees for parts depending on the circumstances. I will absolutely be returning in the future!

Called ahead for a quote. Gentleman and staff was nice and respectful. Dropped off Friday morning and received it back Monday afternoon. Very well cleaned and tuned up. Computer looks practically new! Thank you. Will do business again! Price was more than fare…well priced.

Chase carried out the work necessary quickly and completely. But more importantly, this company strives to satisfy the customer and clearly service is paramount. They were there to answer my questions and made it clear that I could call anytime. The price quoted for the work was the price charged and they were happy to go over everything with me. I highly recommend this company for all computer services.

I posted a review of their old location when my PC was stuck in a boot loop and they fixed it rather expeditiously to which I was thankful for. This year my less than a year old computer I built(rare these types of shops work on custom built DIY builds so I'm glad this one does!). And it turns out what I thought was a PSU issue was a motherboard issue. I had the option to get a new board of the one I previously ordered. But I decided to audible and switch from Intel LGA1700 platform to AM5 and slap a new board and 7800x3d with my build. This shop bought the parts at cost and rebuilt my PC as part of the labor charge I paid upfront for them to diagnose the issue. Chase did a magnificent job with cable management and my PC still works wonderfully to this day. In hindsight of what's going on with Intel 13th and 14th gen CPUs, I'm extra thankful they let me switch motherboard platforms and CPUs at no extra cost. I will definitely use this shop for any future issues and recommend if my friends have issues to do the same. Both times the service, professionalism, and communication have been S tier.
