I needed a new heat pump due to a leaking evap coil in my 14 yr old Lennox. Matt from Cool Change was wonderful, he is up on all the latest hvac technology. He did a detailed Manual J and Manual D with a specialized app (ducts are 30+ years old). Matt spent a lot of time answering all my texts and questions. Top notch.

Terrible! Contacted them as referred by TRANE as certified tech to run some diagnostics on a recent comfortlink install TX17. They committed to coming out and running TRANE diagnostics on the setup and had booked a week in advance. I received a text suggesting the appointment was confirmed but I called back to double check all good to go. However apparently someone by name of JD left me a voicemail that night at 6:45PM indicating they would not help me out. Ridiculous suggesting because they did not do the install, like what, any job they would take on would not be an install they completed, all I asked was could they run standard TRANE comfortlink diagnostics on the system and let me know what was needed or give me a quote to get things up and running. Took them an entire week to figure out they would not be helping me, look else where they are not trustworthy!
