In my case, this shop received an insurance payment from GEICO to fix my car. After 3 weeks, I was told the vehicle could not be fixed and it was declared a total loss. To process the total loss claim, GEICO needed the funds that were originally issued for the repair. After following up with the owner for several weeks, I was given a check made out to GEICO for that amount. Several weeks later, GEICO notified me that the check had bounced and reversed my total loss payment. I’m now making payments again on a car I haven’t had for 3 months. After I posted about this experience, the owner contacted me and threatened legal action over my review instead of resolving the issue. Based on this experience, I will not be using this shop in the future. Update: It’s been another 2 months and GEICO has escalated this to their financial fraud team as the check was not signed by me. The shop continues to hold my car settlement cash.

I had a great experience with Corktown Collision fixing my Honda CR-V. From start to finish, the team was professional, honest, and easy to work with. Horrible!!! They charge top notch dollars for repairs that look like someone did on the street!!! I went in for a door repair something as simple! I was told the job would be done in 3days for $2500! I paid $1000 upfront, big mistake! I then called the following Monday and told the man I rather not have them paint my door for $1000, I can find someone else!!! I waited almost 2weeks for my car to return and service still wasn’t complete! They said they’re were picking up parts and never did!!! They even stop answering my calls so I had told them I was picking up my car as is!! Crazy part, as a professional company this man went out his way to find a black door from the junk yard to repair my door! I paid for a new door, fender and a paint job!!! I’m pissed the fact he went to a junk year and got a black door when could as easily found a white door!!! I wouldn’t recommend this shop to my worst enemies!! Oh they still haven’t contacted me about the fender they were picking up weeks ago!!! They prey on women and older people! To go to them for a professional job would be a RISK/MISTAKE for anybody!!! If YOU support their business it’s because you NEVER check reviews “LIKE ME” or you Know them personally!!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE, I STILL WANT REFUND ON THIS OVERPRICED INCOMPLETE JOB!!!! I l almost forgot when I got the car back, break or something was whistling… my windshield wipers are tighter and wires from door was hanging but someway they thought it was ok to return my car with more problems… After my post 2hrs ago, they contacted me still with no real solution… telling me they will cancel the order the fender🤣🤣🤣 IM CONFIDENT THEY NEVER ORDERED THE PART!!!! All types of 🚩🚩THE FACT HE HOLDS NO ACCOUNTABILITY AND STILL LYING IS CRAZY!!! Who gave me my keys and owe you what? 🤣🤣 take me to court if I owe you!!! INCOMPLETE SERVICE AND YOU CALLED BECAUSE OF MY REVIEW!!! WHICH SERVICE IS HORRIBLE! You took my MONEY and couldn’t and still can’t complete service!!!! I OWE YOU NOTHING, YOU OWE ME!

The Guys at the collision Shop took care of My Ram 1500 Laramie. They get the cars fixed very fast. They’re certified with every major insurance company. Very easy to work with and I highly recommend them!

Great people honestly. My truck was in a wreck I called them and they came picked it up towed it and even cleaned it for me after. They helped me call the insurance company to set up my rental and covered my deductible. Jack is an amazing human being and I hope I don’t need him but if I do I will be happy to come here
