Not only was I charged a higher price on pickup than what had been communicated ($80 difference), my screen replacement is no longer working correctly. A few days after having it replaced (and being charged more than advertised), lines and dots appeared on my screen that aren’t supposed to be there and won’t go away.

Very satisfied with my repair. I needed a new rear camera. They quoted me multiple options from new genuine apple cameras to refurbished ones. It was nice to have options to match my needs. The repair was completed quickly and completely. They staff was responsive and communicative the entire time. Will definitely be going here anytime I need phone repairs.

I got a warranty repair done here to replace my Pixel Pro 7's screen due to some dead pixels. Since warranty repairs from Google require a genuine part, they had to order the new screen. I was able to come back within a week and the folks here had it repaired in about an hour. They also installed my screen protector for free. The staff were professional and polite. I'd come here again if my phone needed another repair!

My phone stopped charging after I attempted to clean out the port. I set up an appointment with these guys and was late due to a Gophers football game. Staff was courteous and professional, said it could likely be fixed with a deeper cleaning, but it wasn't a guarantee. If the clean didn't work I wasn't on the hook for any follow up, but they specified the price and time frame it would take to order parts for a port replacement. Turned out the clean ended up working, for a very reasonable price ($15). It was done right there, very quickly, by the same staff person who informed me of my options. All in all, well done.

I received an email on a Thursday evening that my phone was fixed, working and ready for pickup. When I arrived Friday around Noon, I was told that my phone was not working anymore. And they could not describe what they were doing at the moment they broke my phone. I have talked with the manager, Andy Strandquist, via email and his last email simply said "Hello. You brought in a broken device. Thanks." I was requesting that they cover the cost of data recovery, since they said the main problem with my phone was a broken latch on the motherboard to which the new screen has to be attached to. I also asked for the terms and conditions of doing business with them. He did email me that, but why didn't I get that when I dropped my phone off?
