The vets there they have experience and they give you a correct diagnosis. A first vet see your pet and after the senior vet recheck again. All animal hospitals are expensive in Vegas and this one too but at least here they know what they do. I had to wait almost 2 h ours when they took my dog in the back but they were able to explain me what was her health issue into details. She is cardiopatic and was struggling breathing. They prescribed her a specific treatment that is working. Doctor James Quintana showed me he had a heart after seeing me crying for my dog

This place is a joke!! Sent me to collections over a service from December when my last visit was in February!!! I always pay on a credit card and in full!! So you not charging me for December balance in February IS NOT MY FAULT!! When I was contacted about the remaining $250 balance I just asked asked for the paperwork sent over and I would come pay when I had time.( I work 7 days a week) I'm good for it and I bring my dog in every few months, I had been in contact with the lady there that does call out of payment collection. Told her I'm not comfortable with giving my card over the phone an I would just bring cash in. That was in March we last. A month later I'm in collections. Absolutely RIDICULOUS!! I only go here because they have all the machines, won't be going back. They always try to get you to come in an as an emergency for another $200 in their pocket. They girls at reception are never nice and the lobby is always freezing.

We brought our dog in for consultation of an ear hematoma. I messed up by telling them our budget first. Let me say the financial advisor lady was sweet as can be it was some younger Indian female doctor that added an extra antibacterial rinse in the unaffected ear, etc DURING the procedure to nickel and dime to "match" our budget. No stopping to ask just threw extra treatments in there. So long story short, they lance the balloon ear. They did a pretty bad job wrapping it so blood leaked in my car and was already coming loose by the time they entered the room for checkout. It came back 2 weeks later, which she forewarned us, so we took him across town to a place called Animal Kindness. This doctor said immediately there's no need to lance it if you're not worried about aesthetics and to just wait it out. Well here I am and sure enough it "cauliflowered" a little but not bad at all and I could've saved $700 and a lot of maintenance had I just got proper advice. 🙄 P.S. The price to stitch a "aural" ear hematoma which STILL isn't guaranteed to work is 2000+ which is what this place suggested we do. This also requires anesthesia which wouldn't have been ideal at his age. I'll snap a pic of the near end result of our dog's ear to show what it looks like just by naturally shrinking. Oh yeah, and in general, it's not really painful. He was in a lot more discomfort through the whole lancing and recovery of it.

They were very nice and helpful in a time of sadness.

Seriously the most compassionate vet office in the area. I called this morning in a panic because I needed to get my dog, Rocket in to see a vet after I found a lump in his groin area last night and needed peace of mind given the fact that we are out of town next week. There were no appointments available but we were able to walk in and only waited about an hour to see Dr DeJesus. I have never been more impressed with a vet before and I have owned a lot of dogs and we have seen a lot of vets over the years. He was so sweet and got a big kick out of Rocket’s guardians of the galaxy collar. Dr DeJesus assured me that Rocket’s lump was a fatty mass and I agreed to an FNA to be sure and a senior blood panel since Rocket had just turned 10 recently. Unfortunately, Dr DeJesus found Rocket’s abdomen full of blood and after a long day of various tests, ultrasounds and x-rays, he called me to tell me that Rocket’s prognosis was not good. They found multiple masses on his liver and spleen and it appeared to be late stage cancer. We unfortunately had to say goodbye to our beloved Rocket earlier today. It’s not something that anyone ever wants to do but we are grateful for Dr DeJesus and the staff at Craig Rd Animal Hospital for taking care of us today.
