Recently I had the opportunity to meet Bill Patterson at CSN Town and Country. I would have preferred meeting him elsewhere, however we had a damaged vehicle that needed attention. From the moment I walked in the door l felt welcomed; Bill greeted me with pleasantry, handshake and smile. He was quick to get the ball rolling. After a look at the vehicle and detailed inspection, the work needed was explained with an approximate cost. When the vehicle was ready for pickup it was in showroom condition. I will like to thank Bill and his staff for the excellent work and highly recommend CSN to anyone looking for professional repair work.

Took my 2016 Honda CRV in after being hit by a deer. Bill and his team were easy to deal with. They explained what needed to be fixed and how long the repairs would take. When I picked up my car, it looked as if it just came off the showroom floor. Not only had they fixed it beautifully, but had detailed the interior as well. I would highly recommend CSN Town and Country for your car repair needs

My experience at CSN Town and Country was fantastic. I would recommend them 100%. From the first phone call with Bill to picking up my car after repairs, everything was seamless. Amazing customer service and very knowledgeable. The rental was great and the bonus is, that my car was detailed! Amazing service. Thank you.

We brought our car here after an accident, the appraiser spoke highly of this place. They don't make our car model anymore so it was a bit long getting the parts but once installed and fixed, they went the extra mile to clean up everything - all the little scratches all over the vehicle that wasn't related to the accident, car buffed and touched up with paint perfectly, so spotless and detailed inside and out! Sooooo happy to have my car back in the best shape ever! Very pleasant crew that take pride in what they do!

My recent experience with CSN Town and Country in Perth, with Will and the entire team there... start to finish, has been The Best, Highest Level of Customer Service I've received... in my life!! Hands down, without a doubt. And I'm no youngster! Lol After being sideswiped, and calling other area shops, I luckily found CSN Perth and spoke to Will. He immediately advised me of my next step, his steps, and what to expect with the process. He got me in for the estimate, worked directly with the insurance and rental companies, and was there to answer any questions along the way. Every single time, with a huge smile! They Really care, and it shows! Above and beyond is an understatement, when it comes to Will and the Team at CSN Town and Country in Perth. Not only did they repair my car beautifully and in a timely fashion... but they'd given me a complementary detailing!! I had tears in my eyes... they made my 14 year old car look Brand New with the best detailing she's Ever had!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! What started out as an incredibly stressful situation was quickly turned into an Absolutely Awesome experience!! If you have a car issue... Definitely call The Pro's at CSN Town and Country in Perth!!
