I needed to get my dog out of the house for some stimutation since the weather hasn’t been great. We enjoyed the hay room. I added on their scent boxes, which she took to. James was a delight to talk with and my dog loved him. I highly recommend for some doggie play time.

Staff very much care about the animals in their care. My dogs love their licky mats and working with the Daack pack team has helped reduce their excessive barking issues.

As a whole, disorganized, unreliable, poor communication, manipulative tactics to retain your business and your money. Certainly not worth the headache or the large bill.
