If I could give 10 stars, I would. I do not always take the time to write reviews, but Dae truly went above and beyond in detailing our SUV. We have multiple preschoolers, so this was not an easy project, and the car came out looking absolutely pristine inside and out. Stains on the seats, dog hair in the crevices, crumbs from goodness knows how many dropped snacks - all gone without a trace. Dae even helped us install some all-weather floor mats that we brought when we picked up the car. Truly exceptional work and service for a fair price.

Go to Steve and his crew. I just purchased a used car that runs great, but shows the wear of its 15 years. The inside of the car was vile. The boys did their thing; and now it’s immaculate. Looks new. Exceeded expectations. Highly skilled, diligent, good prices, last minute bookings available online, and easy e-payments. If you’re on the line between these guys and another shop, go here. For real. They’re true experts in the detailing field; give them your car with any notes you may have, then sit back, and let the experts get it done. They got you. Without hesitation, they will be my detailing guys going forward.

I really wanted to have the experience I'd seen reported on and support a young entrepreneur but unfortunately I did not. Dae is polite. Nothing about his demeanor was off putting or unprofessional but the detail of the detail was lackluster. I quickly skimmed my vehicle and said it was okay after getting it back. He did come out and ask what I thought and it was my fault in not actually checking before saying it was cool. I was expecting a 4 hour job at max after being told it was a 2-4 hour procedure depending on the car's state. I made sure to empty my car and it didn't have the extreme filth like a lot of videos show. There were scattered fries and snacks from my toddlers in the back but nothing major. It took 6 hours. As a disabled person it was BRUTAL on my body so once it was over I made HASTE to leave and had already concluded I was never coming back but again, I should have really looked at the job. Also, it had started to rain and was mother's day weekend and my plans had already been thrown off with the lengthy time it took. I don't see why it took so long though. Being short as soon as I sat down and looked back I could see fries and pretzel goldfish under the seat. I literally reached back and grabbed them. A vacuum could have accessed the space. I did notice the amount of lint on the last folded row before leaving but again; I was over it. Everything was linty. White towels were clearly used instead of microfiber towels which kind of made me concerned about sanitation. Stains were still heavy on my first row seating and came out easily was carpet spray that I had to use. Car seats are generally in those spots so it's not like they get much traffic. The outside of the car was nice though and they got off the tar from the road. The stains that I thought were gone from my rear ceiling were apparently just wet and reappeared later though whatever they did allowed for me to remove them myself later. One of the workers used the restroom and used all the spray possible and left the door open. The seating area, which was freezing, was then fetid and flowery. I knew I wasn't coming back after the wait and was just going to take it on the chin but I really can't see what took 2 extra hours.

Went in for my 9am appt, original estimate was 9-1:45 based on my car type. I went back in at 1 and they were drying it off. Car looks amazing, almost don’t want to let my kids back in :) would most def go back
