It was great working with DCC. They are certified to service audi cars, which was so helpful. They handled my claim with ease and transparency. They communicated with me every step of the way! If I ever need repairs again. I will be returning!

Dallas Collision Center did an amazing job on the repair of my vehicle. The front desk was very courteous and friendly. My advisor, Raz, was great to work with, he kept me informed on the progress of the repair, and was a pro throughout the process. The car looks great! I would recommend them to everyone!

Working for a dealership many years ago, my job consisted of me calling customers about their body shop experience. I would hear some not so nice stories. Of course those stories made me a little concerned when it was my turn to get a repair done. Thankfully that was not my case. First off, I was treated by Raz and everyone at Dallas Collision with respect and care. He set up my estimate and my appointment to come back to get the car fixed. He kept me informed of the whole process. It was ready BEFORE the date he had originally quoted me and the car looked beautiful! He assisted me with moving a car seat. Best of all, my car looked brand new again. The repairs and the service was flawless. I highly recommend. Raz work well with tye insurance company and expedited the process. They also work with Enterprise Car Rental, so the transition was super smooth. Thank you for the attention to detail from the start to finish!

Thank You ladies.( Weekend People) My Fiancee and I stopped in Here because they were recommended online as being one of the best places to have estimates and work done on your vehicle. So I had an estimate done for my 2016 GMC Canyon, The young lady that assisted me as well as the young lady behind the reception desk. were both very polite and friendly. They offered us coffee or water while we waited, the walk around was done quickly and efficiently. I explained what had occurred and what I hoped to get repaired. payments. Etc. The whole process probably took about 10 minutes. So I was very happy with my experience at this location. And the employees were great. So Again Thank You I hope to get the work done soon.
