Working for a dealership many years ago, my job consisted of me calling customers about their body shop experience. I would hear some not so nice stories. Of course those stories made me a little concerned when it was my turn to get a repair done. Thankfully that was not my case. First off, I was treated by Raz and everyone at Dallas Collision with respect and care. He set up my estimate and my appointment to come back to get the car fixed. He kept me informed of the whole process. It was ready BEFORE the date he had originally quoted me and the car looked beautiful! He assisted me with moving a car seat. Thank You ladies.( Weekend People) My Fiancee and I stopped in Here because they were recommended online as being one of the best places to have estimates and work done on your vehicle. So I had an estimate done for my 2016 GMC Canyon, The young lady that assisted me as well as the young lady behind the reception desk. were both very polite and friendly. They offered us coffee or water while we waited, the walk around was done quickly and efficiently. I explained what had occurred and what I hoped to get repaired. payments. Etc. The whole process probably took about 10 minutes. So I was very happy with my experience at this location. And the employees were great. So Again Thank You I hope to get the work done soon.
