I came by while waiting for my appointment at LV. They had just opened. Maurice took great care of me. He was very knowledgeable of the products and what would look good with pieces I already had. He greeted me as soon as I walked in as well as the security guy. Thank you for making my first experience amazing. Disappointed on the attitude of the two women that were there when I arrive. Did not speak , not a good morning. Nothing. I complimented one on her bracelet stack and she said thank you. Very short. Made me feel like I didn’t belong in there. But that’s alright. Thank you Maurice ! I look forward to seeing you soon for another beautiful purchase.

I'm tired of waiting for my wedding band after numerous errors from their side. We got my wedding band from there and submitted it to get it resized and engraved. The ring came back in the right size but with no engraving. So we requested to have it sent back and get it engraved again. They sent us the picture of what it would look like, and AGAIN there was an error. Moreover, they promised a special sped up service. We keep calling and asking for an update but there is no news, no updates. Nothing. Like come on, we got it 3 months ago and I still haven't worn my wedding band yet.
