This is my second time using Dawn’s alteration services, first time was for normal clothes alterations, second time was for my wedding dress. I was super nervous about alterations because I spent thousands on my wedding dress but Dawn did a fantastic job as always. She finished my wedding dress in 3 days, I was shocked. She is also extremely affordable, I saved so much money choosing Dawn over the bridal shop alteration services. Dawn really loves what she does and her alterations are perfection. I trust her 1000% and you should too.

This was such a great experience! I dropped off my bridesmaids dress for my sister’s wedding on November 20th and she told me it would be ready by next Friday, which was faster than I expected. Not only did she complete the alterations 3 days early, she did an amazing job. The dress fits exactly how I imagined! The customer service was nothing short of fantastic. I will definitely be recommending Dawn to everyone. Thank you for the amazing service!

Dawn is absolutely the best! I have been to her twice. The first time was to get a gown dress taken in, and the second time was to repair a zipper on a jumpsuit. I went in thinking I was going to leave the jumpsuit with her but being that I needed it back on a day that she would be closed, she fixed it right on the spot. I was not expecting that but she went above and beyond to make sure I was serviced. She told me it would take half an hour, but it was actually only 10 minutes. I am so grateful for her passion and commitment to her craft and love for her customers! Do not hesitate to go see her! ❤️

I researched the best alteration places in Orlando. This was one of the top 5. Then I narrowed the places down by reading from everyone's best and worst reviews. Dawn has the most 5 star reviews percentage-wise of all places, no one else comes close! Everyone is happy with the results. I brought my wedding dress here and the dress was way too big on top from the boning the designer built into the dress. Dawn fixed the issue and made the dress fit me perfectly! I am super happy and excited to wear this for my wedding and I highly recommend her for any of your alteration wants/needs. She is super skilled and prices are more than fair.
