I had a really great experience at this office. Every single person I interacted with was wonderful, kind, and genuinely helpful. From the front desk to the clinical staff, everyone made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. I’ll admit, after reading some of the previous reviews, I felt a bit unsure about what to expect. However, after my visit, I honestly believe some of those negative experiences may come down to personal preferences rather than how the clinic actually operates. From what I saw, the office is well-organized, professional, and focused on providing good care. I especially want to mention the office manager, Fernanda, who was incredibly kind and helpful, and the receptionist, Nellie, who was welcoming and made the check-in process smooth and easy. Overall, I left feeling very happy with my visit and confident in the quality of service provided. I wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend this office to others.

I’m genuinely glad I read these reviews because I thought I was losing my mind after my experience yesterday. I agree with another reviewer—god-awful Before booking, I called and asked very specifically about treating volume loss in my arms. We discussed Radiesse and other biostimulators. Those options were clearly affirmed, or I never would have made the appointment. Firstly, I walked in and… nothing. No greeting, no acknowledgment. Meanwhile, I’m watching a staff member in the lobby push skincare products and sign someone up for Allē. It felt uncomfortable and honestly a little gross. After reading other reviews, it seems like this is a pattern—sell products. When they finally did acknowledge me, I was immediately asked for my ID, which caught me off guard. I came in for a cosmetic consultation, so it felt unnecessary and a bit over the top. After already walking in with no greeting, it just added to the feeling that the focus was more on collecting information than actually helping me. Then, while filling out paperwork, I see there’s a $150 consultation fee—something that was never mentioned during my phone call. I don’t have an issue with consultation fees, but you have to be upfront about them. When I finally got back to the room, the interaction only got worse. The same woman who had already been rude started talking with me about my concerns. My laxity issue is everywhere but I wanted to focus on my arms… that seemed to get lost on her based on some of her replies. Instead of addressing what we had already discussed, she immediately tried to redirect me into completely different treatments (Halo), which had nothing to do with why I came in. Throughout the conversation, her tone was consistently condescending. She also tried to “educate” me on peptides, but it was clear she didn’t actually understand what she was talking about. It’s frustrating dealing with “professionals” who don’t seem to know the basics. At one point, she started telling me she was the one I spoke to on the phone the day before and that we talked about completely different concerns. That’s just not true. I may have mom brain and don’t remember the conversation verbatim but I know why I called and what I asked about. If she went off on other services they offer, that’s on her—I made this appointment for a very specific reason. That was the point where I had enough and walked out. As I was leaving, she made a sarcastic comment along the lines of, “Well, at least you got a free consultation.” No—what I got was an attitude and a complete waste of my time. I don’t know who Dr Turner is—AI pointed me in that direction—but if this is the level of staff representing the business, it’s going to hurt her. Based on my experience and what others have said, the pattern is pretty clear. Maybe she’s ready to retire and doesn’t care but to reiterate another reviewer once again- these people are god awful.

I was a patient of Dr. Ellen Turner for a few years before deciding to leave. My overall experience with her was always a pleasant one. She is kind, caring and informative. However, her staff is god awful. I experienced multiple unpleasant encounters from her team. Ranging between condescending tones from Jasmine, specifically, their biological coordinator. Patronizing attitudes through their patient portal/over the phone. & unfriendly energy in office. It just progressively got worse. Thankfully I have since switched dermatologist and am so much happier. Think what you may when skimming through the reviews. I at one point believed this was a solid practice from reviews and personal experience. However, what they lack is consistent quality customer service.

I paid for a visit where my concerns were completely dismissed. I explained that I had side effects from Dutasteride and asked about trying Finasteride. The dermatologist insisted dutasteride has no side effects and said I was the only patient out of thousands who had ever experienced them. She also refused to prescribe finasteride because it was “too dangerous.” This contradicts widely known medical information and made the appointment feel like a waste of time and money.
