had a great experience at this Discount Tire location. The store was very busy, but everything was well organized and orderly — customers lined up naturally, and the staff handled the workload professionally. I want to highlight that I came in without an appointment. The system initially showed an estimated 2-hour wait, which was completely understandable given how busy the store was. However, to my surprise, my car was ready about 20 minutes earlier than expected, which I really appreciated. I especially want to thank Samual for his help. He was polite, patient, and very professional throughout the entire process. I was preparing for a long road trip, and he made sure everything was clear and handled properly, which gave me real peace of mind. What stood out to me most was the consistency of the team. Even under pressure, everyone remained courteous and focused. This kind of management, culture, and attention to process is exactly why I will continue to choose Discount Tire for my future tire needs.

Product and personnel interaction is 5 Stars, I only drop the rating because of the process of appointments. Business model of how appointments are handled needs modified. Reminds me of a "Seinfeld" episode at the rental car counter. "You can take the reservation, you just can't hold the reservation." Reservations should have priority over walk ins or don't have reservations. I purchased 4 tires through the Discount Tire website and scheduled an appointment. I was contacted by the store to let me know that my tires had arrived and confirmed my appointment for the following day's installation. I had a 4 pm appointment. I used their text link to let them know I was on my way and that I had arrived. I arrived at 345 pm. It took 20 minutes to be helped/checked in by an associate because of the volume of customers in the store. My car finally got taken into the garage stall at 5pm. Once shop started working on my car it only took 20 min Workers were careful with rims etc. No complaints with the installers Individuals/Associates I dealt with were all courteous and friendly.

Great customer service and friendly staff. My only complaint is, when my vehicle was returned to me, this black grease was all over the interior driver’s door, the center console, and my steering wheel. Someone here got in my car and it wasn’t important to them if they left my car a mess. Management promptly cleaned it up after I brought it to their attention.

Staff is extremely helpful. I’ve had some complications with my tires and or wheels on several occasions before and after purchasing tires from here and the technicians are persistent and nice. They definitely have a good understanding for my situation and are willing to make things right or assist in any way they can.

Discount Tire had the tires that I needed and was able to take care of my repairs same day. They are very courteous on the phone and explained that the tire was not immediately in stock, but could be obtained later that afternoon. This is very helpful so I could plan my day and also get the tire that I needed. I highly recommend this store for future tire needs. They have a really easy text message update system to see where my vehicle is in the repair process. The photos show the work they did, including replacing the TPMS sensors, providing a new spare tire & rim, a putting the new spare under the vehicle, and replacing my bad tire.
