I went in a month ago to get a quote for a tire for my Volkswagen Jetta that had a good reputation and a mileage warranty that was at least 50,000 miles. I found the tire I wanted but had to wait a month due to cost. The tire was a Michelin with 55,000 mile warranty. Cost was $540. I went back in exactly when I said I would and now they treat me like I am crazy saying we don't sell those. I gave them the printed out paper with all the information on it I was given and they up their attitude saying "We dont give out printed prices to customers". So now I am being called a liar. He is holding a paper they gave me with the part number and name along with its cost and tire size and model number. The paper has a heading at the top with Discount Tire at the top followed by the address and phone number. I dont appreciate being called a liar when I know 100% I am telling the truth. I do not recall when that store opened but I think it was the 1990's. I have been their customer at least since 1996. Now I am being called a liar by someone who was not even alive when I became their customer. Sure dont like that. Now I have to pick another tire and suddenly all tires in my previous price point are brands I have never heard of. I had no choice but to pick a tire made by a company called Fury. Who?? Tire has 55,000 mile warranty so fine. They tell me it will be 45 minutes to have a seat and we will call you. 45 minutes go by and my car has not even been moved from where I parked it. So I ask how much longer and I am told 15 minutes. So I ask how that is possible because my car still sits where I parked it? Another 30 minutes goes by, my car still not moved but and this is what really burned me mad they have now taken back 8 vehicles that arrived up to an hour after me so why am I being brushed off. I knew he would deny it so I kept the names of all 8 people called before me along with the model car they drove. I showed it to them and they looked stunned and caught in a lie. I was told I am priority and they are sorry. 2 more people were called who arrived 1 hour 25 minutes after I arrived. I go to complain and they finally moved my car into a bay. But it sat there for another hour untouched. I spent a total of 2 hours and 54 minutes at this place. I can say this never happened before with my cars in the past but this 1 day makes me never want to return. I must have bought at least 15 sets of tires from them over the years and I feel like I was lied to about the tire to sell me junk at the price I was quoted a quality tire at previously. Not going back after this. Also, my car is not a high end automobile but I take care of the car as if it were a Mercedes Benz. There is not a single scratch or blemish anywhere on my car, inside or out. When my car was done I immediately noticed my rim, all 4 of them were scratched, dented and look like they have been scraped alongside a tall curb and left with severe damage as if they were treated to a session of abusive grinding with an electric grinder. I so very much dislike leaving a negative review for a company that was flawless for over 20 years and in 1 visit messed up all positive reviews I have been proud have had since 1996. My rims are atrocious and I know I was sold down to a lesser set of tire at the same price I was quoted a quality set just 4 weeks earlier. Stay away folks. All the pride and decency has been drained from discount tire. I did a thorough review of the tires I bought and as I suspected, my new tires are garbage I overpaid for. A sad shame.

I've been coming to this discount tire for years. Well, it's unfortunate. That tires are more expensive nowadays, I always get top-notch quality, interactions, and satisfaction with the work done there. Our daughter was celebrating her 18th birthday and using my Tesla when she heard a blowout sound and the tire started shredding. Discount tire showed me that both rear tires are bare on the inside and that I should take it to Tesla and have them address the alignment issues. So glad my daughter is safe and nothing terrible happened to her.

Wow, I was so impressed with Discount Tire today! I took advantage of their free air checks to find out why my low tire pressure light was on. Rico was so friendly and helpful. He showed me which tire was low and recommended I have it checked. I walked in and was helped by another very friendly rep (didn’t get his name but he mentioned being from Salt Lake). They had my car finished in less than 2 hours (I left and came back), finding a screw in the tire and patching it FOR FREE! No charge for anything. I will definitely go there again!

Great service overall from the whole discount tire team. Especially Jordan who was super helpful in keeping me updated with the shipment of my tires. He did offer me other options to accommodate my schedule. When the tires arrived he informed me immediately. I dropped off my vehicle that same day, my car rides great like it has brand new shoes. Thanks again discount tires. I appreciate everything you guys do

Thank you Justin for providing great and quick service. Arrived thirty minutes before closing and was able to get four tires changed. Justin was able to go over available option based on my budget. Discount Tire team worked together and were quick with the service. Thank you for your amazing service.
