UPDATE! I initially thought my wheels hadn’t been rotated because the front driver tire showed low air, but I later learned the TPMS sensor just needed to be reset. I also had some difficulty reaching the shop afterward. Overall, the work was completed correctly and my vehicle was serviced properly. I appreciate them taking care of the issue and would return again.

Came to pick up my car after new tire installation to find out one of the techs hit my vehicle with another customers car and cracked my rear bumper. Mistakes happen which I understand, and is not the motivation for this post. As you can see from the photos they parked my car in a no parking zone upon completion, which more than likely factored into my vehicle being hit. The employee that took me to my car showed no empathy or apology that it happened. Instead I was politely made known that his job is to get the claim started and then he’s hands off with whatever happens after that. Imagine hearing this after you return to get your vehicle, and find it was damaged on their lot by their employees. I asked what they usually do in this situation to take care of their customers when this occurs and he informed me that the claims department would handle it??? They then said they’re not deferring when I pushed back on why I can’t at least be compensated for the situation. Just an absolute disaster-class in terms of customer service and taking care of a customer when your operation caused direct damage to my vehicle. To get annoyed at the customer who’s vehicle was damaged by your employees on your lot is remarkable by itself. A 5% discount even on the final cost of the services would’ve sufficed in me not leaving like I didn’t just get screwed over completely.

Went in to have two tires replaced on truck, paid for the services and left. Got a call later that most of the lugnuts were swollen, which happens I understand that, and was quoted $100 to replace all them. I okayed it, went to pick up my truck and found they only replaced one wheels worth of them but they still charged me for a whole kit of them. They also left the stem caps off the wheels and never set the TPMS. Very inconvenient and frustrating

I went into the store without an appointment hoping they could help me replace a tire. I spoke with Conner and he was extremely helpful! He took his time to show me my options for a replacement and was informative about what would be the best for my vehicle. They didn’t have the tire we wanted in stock but, they offered to put a loaner tire on the car until our prefer tire arrives. They got me in and out in about an hour! I’m so happy with the service and professionalism from Conner and the team at Discount Tire. Thank you for being so helpful!

We came in today just before closing. We had a bolt in a tire, had a 28 ft trailer hooked up to the pickup, and have plans to leave tomorrow at 5am. We walked inside, and without any hesitation, the man at the front desk said, "let me check it out and we should be able to help ya." He took a peek and then said, "No problem at all. If you can be patient with us, we'll get you in. There are 4 cars ahead of you, but we'll fit you in." Its evident that this ENTIRE CREW cares deeply about their job, enjoys what they're doing (based on all the smiles and good music coming from the shop 😄), likes working together, and work hard for their customers. They move quickly, do a thorough job, and helped us to avoid any more last minute stresses of dealing with a tire the day we leave for vacation. This is not the first time we've had fantastic service out here either. We appreciate you so much, Discount Tire on 185th and Center!!
