Fantastic experience start to finish. Chase Sheneman is a standout among plumbers. Had frozen water pipes when out of town. They were able to get water flowing again and protect the pipes in the process. Communications were great throughout. We highly recommend them.

Duvall Plumbing came in and quickly assessed the situation and were able to unclog our pipes without any hassle. They took the time to explain exactly what was going on and even recommended some simple over-the-counter remedies to help resolve issues in the future. The team was very professional, straightforward, and clear about the work they were doing. Great experience from start to finish—highly recommend!

Hunter Huff and John were excellent in installing a Moen Automatic Shutoff for my whole house. They were very courteous, kind, and very knowledgeable. I am very happy with the job they did and the timely way they answered my questions. They didn't leave until they had everything to my liking. I appreciate having service like this and a company that I can rely on.

Duvall / Drew did a great job on our plumbing emergency repair. Called them at 5:30pm and Drew was flat our house an hour later to fix a leak behind our interior wall. I found the leak and he fixed it. Great job all around!

We had some serious AC problems and have been without the system since Tuesday. A warranty company we had sent out a repairman and took 2 minutes to diagnose wrongly and tried to rip us off! Then wanted $550 to fix it. I decided to call Duvall because their truck was across the street at my neighbors. They came out the same day and after James Ward explained what was seriously wrong with the system, we decided to have them install a new system at a great price. This company and their technician went over and beyond in their courtesy, fairness and honesty. We even decided to upgrade the system. James Ward was awesome! So today was install day! Isaiah Singleton and Nathan Sandrige were an awesome team. They were incredibly hard working and efficient in getting the system installed. They were kind and respectful and answered all our questions. Their expertise was unmatched. James Ward came quite a few times to make sure we were totally pleased. The system is so quiet. I would recommend Duvall's experts for any job you need.
