Dear Will, I know you were really excited for me to leave a review so here you go! We had chef Will guide our tour and it was so much fun! The food was fantastic and it’s clear that he had great relationships with all the vendors. We had so much fun with the back and forth banter and hope Will had fun. He even got me extra chocolate so I’d write a good review because he picked on me for 2 hours😉 definitely would recommend and it was a great way to see pikes place!

The Eat Seattle Tours: Coffee Crawl led by Chef Eric was an enjoyable and enlightening tour. Chef Eric is a real one—his relaxed, sarcastic repartee kept me laughing throughout the morning, but it’s his genuine expertise that stood out most. He knows coffee inside and out—from its origins and global history to Seattle’s own coffee legacy—and he shared that knowledge in such an approachable, engaging way. We explored different brewing methods, tasted a variety of coffee styles and flavor profiles, and even paired them with pastries that elevated each cup. The tour ended with a traditional Somali coffee ceremony, which felt deeply cultural and beautifully intimate.
