I contacted Ian recently when my mom was hospitalized unexpectedly, and he listened carefully to her situation, then quickly connected me with a trusted local caregiving agency, a home health company, and a care manager. We contacted Ian when trying to plan further for my Mom's needs a year after my Dad died. Shortly before that we had moved both parents from a senior community with very uneven assisted living services and constant upcharging. We found a much better community with superb care where my Mom continues on her own, but we were facing upcoming decisions about financing her care beyond the next 18 months. Ian was very knowledgeable, compassionate and effective in helping us sort through options and ultimately avoid moving her from a wonderful senior community where she's happily and healthily settled. As her needs change and as other family members need planning we will always turn to Ian for his intelligence, expertise and care. We've used our eldercare consultants before with much less success. I can't recommend Ian highly enough.
