After taking my oak coatrack to 2 other antique furniture repair specialist that were both way overpriced, I found Elite. The broken pieces were replaced with perfectly matching oak. Once Shamil disassembled the broken area, it was apparent more work was necessary than initially thought, yet Shamil stuck to his price. In less than a week my coatrack looked like it did in the 1930's. Shamil is a magician and a craftsman.
They came to our home, repaired the recliner chair in less than thirty minutes, charged a fair price and departed. Totally professional and competent. I would call on them again without any reservation
We had the privilege of having Frank of Elite Furniture address the furniture items we needed to both have repaired and refreshed. Frank was exceptional in his responsiveness, his service and his work. He exceeded our expectations and requirements in the completion of the work. We could not be more pleased and seeing his initial work we had him do work on additional pieces. All with exceptional results. Frank was honest, helpful with suggestions and alternatives and what was in the best interest of the piece and how we intended to use the piece. I recommend Elite and in particular Frank and his workmanship.
These guys have the BEST HANDS!!! I don’t know how else to put it. I had them do work on an old table my wife had and they brought the piece back to life!!! I was very pleased with the results. I spoke to Frank over there and he was a tremendous help with explaining the process to me. These guys are true craftsmen, they do amazing work and at fair prices. I highly recommend them.
Very dishonest. Quoted $10,800 to repair, completely sand and stain a ceiling only in a 12 ft X 13 ft office. They did not do the repairs, they did not sand but they did stain the ceiling, leaving stain dripping down the side of the walls. They claimed the bank returned the check for final payment of the ceiling repair (after renegotiating the price due to their dishonesty). Yet the check was actually cashed and the funds received by them. At the same time I gave them a desk to repair and stain. They did not stain the entire desk (they never took the drawers). They claimed they could not find drawer pulls for the desk (so I ordered they myself). I paid them half of the desk repair invoice. They have not returned my desk (they've had it 4 full months so far). In response to your reply. I did not approve the invoice. The insurance company did. You did not complete the repairs or the sanding which you claimed was necessary. The only thing you did was add stain to the ceiling. You claim the check was "hot," and demanded thousands of dollars in cash, yet my checking account shows a debit to honor the amount on the check (including a picture of the said check). You have had that money for two weeks and still are holding my desk hostage. Please do share the texts. I'll confirm with the texts I have and the picture of the work you did not do that you were supposed to have done. Now I am reviewing the invoice of the desk and you have charged me for the repair, added a delivery charge and added the amount of the check I gave you to pay for you to come to evaluate the work, and charged me taxes on that total. You should have deducted the amount of the check I gave you to come to evaluate it. Happy to add that to evidence of your dishonesty too. The insurance company gave me the funds to pay you, why would there be a need to give you a check which would not clear. This chaos was to create a situation for you to demand CASH in the amount of $5370.54, and then cash the check I gave you, which you did, which you claim to be "hot." I am happy to continue to debate this on your review page if you like, but for those who are looking into your services I say check the BBB and confirm that the images of the texts he shares are accurate. Since he threatened to sue us because we would not give him the $5370.54 in cash in exchange for our desk, I did hire a lawyer and he has the evidence texts, invoices, and before and after images. Oh...and be accurate, as the texts will confirm, you texted that you will charge me $15 every day you decided to hold my desk hostage and my text response indicates that I will charge you $25 a day, retrospectively and until the day you return my desk, for a desk I had to rent since you would not bring my desk back. But those who are crazy enough to hire you will see this in the text you share with them, but I am happy to upload the images in this review which has turned into a story about how you will treat people who work with you.
