This is the cutest shop where they have some amazing vendors! I continue to shop here because I always find the most unique things and it’s just another way I can support local women business owners. Highly recommended checking out Elysia if you’re in the area!
Love the store, love the concept - it's like shopping 20 different boutiques in one place. Lots of unique items from local women-owned businesses that you might not otherwise find.
Love them as a customer but not as a vendor. I reached out to them to apply as a vendor months ago and have never received a response. I gave them plenty of time and even followed up, but still nothing. It’s incredibly frustrating to be completely ignored as a potential vendor at the store. I have 2 businesses myself so I definitely know what it’s like to take care of one and be responsible. Very disappointing experience—definitely won’t be coming back or recommending them to fellow vendors.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BOUTIQUE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY I’ve never had a worse shopping experience. My husband bought a swimsuit for me from this boutique, and the very next day he returned to the store because it didn’t fit. I couldn’t even try it on properly, it was that small, so it was never worn, still with all the original tags and in perfect condition. They refused to process the return, saying the item belonged to a third-party vendor named Vanessa, who sells through their store. They said they couldn't do anything and that my husband had to contact Vanessa. So my husband had to personally email Vanessa, who only replied 3 days later saying she would “investigate” if it was within the return window, which it clearly was, because the return was made THE NEXT DAY after purchase but she replied the email on day 8th. What a convenient strategy. Now it’s been over two weeks and no one followed up. My husband had to go back to the store again, and they called Vanessa while he was standing there. And guess what? She refused the refund, claiming “the return window already passed”. The same return that was requested the day after buying the item. Absolutely ridiculous. The worst part? This boutique washes their hands of the issue, even though they are the ones selling third-party products in their store. They take your money, but won’t take responsibility. That’s not just bad customer service, it’s bad business. Avoid this boutique at all costs. If something goes wrong, you’re on your own. Shameful. Edit to add: After an hour of back and forth with Vanessa on the phone, they finally contacted the owner of the boutique. My husband explained the whole situation, including how Vanessa failed to respond in a timely manner , and, to her credit, the owner decided to issue the refund at her own expense. That said, this entire situation could’ve been avoided if the boutique had taken responsibility from the beginning instead of leaving the customer at the mercy of a third-party vendor. It’s unacceptable for a store to sell third-party products without having a clear system in place to protect the customer when issues like this arise. If you’re going to work with vendors like Vanessa, make sure they’re trustworthy, responsive, and aligned with your return policy. Otherwise, you’re just putting your customers at risk. Not worth my money or time. I won’t be coming back.
Adorable little shop with several cute items. Most items are reasonably priced and it's a calm soothing environment to browse. There is something for everyone🥰
