Mychia who works at the front desk/check in area is very kind and empathetic. She took the time to listen to me and she even spoke with the Nurse Practitioner on staff to make sure they could provide care for my personal medical need and she checked my insurances to make sure the business was within my specific network prior to me filling out my intake information to save me time should I not be able to be seen. I was able to be seen and the nurse and the provider I saw was kind and understanding of my medical issue and need.

Front end staff was professional. NP Melton listened to me. I felt she was very caring. You all took care of my mother. When ever she got sick, she wanted to come here. I brought her on her last trip. I was very impressed. That is why i chose to come here myself. Thank you so much.

My doctor as well as nurse were excellent. They took my concerns and treated them with care. At a clinic I had been to prior, I felt my concerns weren’t heard so this was a breath of fresh air. I really do feel helped and I now better understand what I have. Service is polite and swift as well. The place is clean and overall peaceful, they had game shows playing on the TV in the lobby which was fun.

Wonderful experience. Very kind! The lady that brought us back to be seen an took vitals was a delight, made us feel so comfortable with laughs and small talk. Also the doctor was very helpful and professional took great care of me. Overall all stall 10 out of 10.

It’s an okay urgent care if there’s nothing better around. The waiting area is small but not noisy, and the place is reasonably clean. The staff is polite and calm. I wouldn’t say it’s a clinic we’d choose to go to regularly, but if you need something urgent, it works—just don’t expect anything special. When we arrived, they first took us into a small room to check blood pressure, oxygen, and temperature, which was almost empty, and then moved us to another room where the doctor put on a cast. They gave us the results quickly. The longest part of the visit was filling out the forms and insurance check since it was our first time there. My son had arm pain, so they brought him a cold compress, which was thoughtful. Overall, it’s a decent option in case of an urgent need.
