Booked Event Magic a bit last moment request for a tent seeing as the weather had changed quick. The staff got back to be quickly and could accommodate. Very reliable and quality gear. Love love love the service here! I've only ordered umbrellas a few times, but they are quality and add class to your occasion! We threw our party in the driveway and you couldn't tell!!
On two occasions have helped me out with party rentals at the last minute. Open on Saturday's until 2pm which is a god-send for the procrastinating hostess in many of us. Staff are really lovely and eager to assist, bringing rented items to my car (chivalry and customer service apparently are not dead these days as one might suspect). My simple rental (chafing dishes for two different parties) garnered the same level of attention and courtesy as the massive affairs being set up for delivery in trailer trucks out front. Reasonable prices. My 'go to' East Bay party rental providers.
I love this place if they don't have an item, they were willing to order it for you. The atmosphere of the business is great and Ashley is very nice and accommodating and the other young lady with braids was just great and very helpful. I gave 5 stars for their Awesomeness!!!!
I have been working with Henry Perez at Event Magic for a couple years now and he has been outstanding in customer service to me. I can count on him to go above and beyond. He really makes sure that the event is set up to my standards and his pricing is affordable. Go here if you need the basics (tables, chairs, service ware, et) for your event, including tenting, AV and lighting. There is one instance where power went out during an event but they rectified the mistake for the future and offered my client some compensation for it.
