From the moment we met with Events By Design, I was confident we were in very capable hands! Milwaukee Rep contracted EBD to lead the design ideation, décor planning, and all A/V components at our annual gala, the Curtain Call Ball. At the start of the process, we worked collaboratively with Emily to identify the best theme for the gala to message our fundraising appeal, engage our donor base, and execute the event within the parameters of budget and logistics. While Emily took the lead on planning out décor and securing vendors, it allowed me to direct my focus on securing sponsorships and increasing ticket sales. I found this to be invaluable resource because as a result, we raised the greatest amount in pre-event revenue in the history of the Curtain Call Ball! Leading up to the event, the team ensured that all vendors had the information they needed and everyone was on the same page. When the big day finally arrived, I felt so supported by the Events By Design team. At every turn, they were working proactively to make sure everything went to plan. The team at EBD really was instrumental in the planning and execution of this event and I’m so grateful for their support and contributions to making the Curtain Call Ball such a success!

They stay in constant communication with you throughout the whole process. For our company’s 100-year celebration, Events By Design orchestrated an epic Roaring 1920’s themed party. From the red carpet entrance to the DJ’s impeccable music selection, every element was meticulously curated. The Casino Tables added an element of excitement, and the photobooth was an absolute hit! All night long, guests reveled in capturing memories with fun photos. We were so impressed that we’re already working with Events By Design for another event. I am on the executive board of a Milwaukee-area non-profit and to say Events By Design provided five-star service is an understatement. Two weeks before our largest fundraiser of the year, a formal gala with a lot of moving parts, we were stuck in a bind after losing our production company. Events By Design provided great pricing and personalized service with almost no lead time. We could not have been happier.
