Exact electric installed a steam generator for us in our new bathroom. We had a lot of issues and exact team was wonderful, flexible and we passed inspection on first try. I recommend them and would use them again.

Great service! The person who came out to give quotes listened to my concerns and gave me three different quotes so I had options to work with. The technician did a great job, and the service was fast and friendly. I will definitely hire them again in the future.

Five stars if you understand what to expect. Exact has been our go to electrical folks for years now—we’ve had some rough moments with them to be honest, but they’ve always made it right. First thing, they did a full knob and tube rewire of our house—they are not cometic specialists, so we lived in a house full of holes for a while, just know that going in. If they need access they will get access and if the drywall fits back in the hole they’ll stick it in, but don’t expect clean patch and repaint. Second they did a hot tub install. Despite them being the ones who fully redid our knob and tube, they informed us early on that our circuit breaker was not acceptable and it had to be moved—that was expensive but they did a great job. They made some questionable choices aesthetically on where the electrical pipes ran across the side of our house to the hot tub (they ran it pretty close to the middle of our wall rather than under the eve—they were kind enough to fix this for us, though it left some holes in our shingles). Not a big deal. Most recently they did an electric car charger hookup, they undercut the cost cited by another specialist so we rolled with them. Unfortunately the inspection failed, was missing an emergency street shutoff. To this day I don’t understand this—there is no known code requiring a street shutoff (not that I can find) and the electrician was surprised by this also. They came back and added it and I got a bill for $600, which was a bit of a surprise to be honest. I called in and they adjusted it down by half. Very polite, very kind about it. Overall, these guys are honest, responsive, and do good reliable work. Things won’t be perfect, this isn’t a digital product—electrical is messy, be clear about what you want and need aesthetically and be prepared to have someone else come out after to do the detail work, patching, painting etc.

I manage a condo complex consisting of 21 condo's. Exact Electric was hired to replace the electrical panels in each unit. This process required extensive communication between Exact and the owners of each unit and Exact could not have handled it better. They communicated well, showed up on time and kept to their planned schedule. They even worked to coordinate a City inspector to arrive each day so the owner would not have to arrange access a second day. I would definitely use them again.

Dana and the Exact Electric team are kind, knowledgeable, and very customer-oriented. I had a ton of questions and needed to coordinate information with another contractor. Dana took extra time to learn my specific needs and connect separately with the other company so as to make sure I was getting precisely what I needed. I appreciated their transparency and quality - I will definitely recommend and work with them for future projects. Local, fair pricing, and top-notch communication - you can't go wrong!
