I visited this studio for the first time during their Dance Sweat Reset event. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. The energy is very supportive of beginners and I think anyone will thrive here! I definitely will be back to further my dance journey.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exchange Dance Academy is truly my happy place. 🪩 From the second you walk in, it’s welcoming, encouraging, and totally judgment-free. I’m there all the time and I still leave every class feeling inspired, sweaty, and so proud of myself. The instructors are incredible — talented, patient, and genuinely uplifting. They break things down in a way that makes you feel like, “Oh, I can actually do this!” Even on the nights I’m nervous or don’t feel my best, I always end up having fun and leaving with more confidence. What I love most is the community. Everyone cheers for each other, no cliques, no weird vibes — just people of all levels dancing, growing, and hyping each other up. It’s more than just a dance studio; it’s become a place where I feel seen, strong, and creative. If you’ve been wanting to dance again, or try heels, or just move your body and feel good — this is THE place in Orlando. If you’re looking for an adult dance studio you’ve found it. Great classes, amazing teachers, and a true creative community. So happy to have found a space to grow and shine as a dancer. Love that you can drop in or have a membership so you can take as many classes as your heart desires. Definitely come try a class!
