*Update: since this review, we’ve continued to use this repair shop for over a decade. NO complaints and the same service and respect has been consistent year after year. We've been going to Exclusive Honda ever since we moved to the area three years ago and have always been impressed. Everyone has treated me kindly and with respect. Suggestions for maintenance have been very accurate, not a long grocery list like when we have taken a car in to a dealership. We've usually booked an appointment and have been given a timeframe for when work will be completed and not once has it taken longer than expected. We've also used their referrals for work done on other repairs they couldn't do in house and these have been great. Their waiting room is great for kids while waiting for an oil change. Great price, great mechanics.

The employees here are super helpful, they let you know what needs to be fixed and what you can hold off on and then you can decide what you want to do. This is now my new go-to garage and I will tell everyone to come here.
