These guys are awesome. My 2003 civic had been sitting for a little over 2 years and the kind of work it needed had me thinking that I was going to be walking for a while or that I would be buying a bicycle, but the guys at Exclusive worked with me and got the car in safe drivable condition, and they went above and beyond with the services performed and did extra things that I didnt even expect them to do and didn't charge me for it. I spoke with "Nate" and was great with customer service and coordinating with me...he didnt push anything on me once and my finances and my safety were his top priorities. The mechanical team is top notch. I used to work in the industry and this is the kind of service we all dream of when dealing with the stress of unwanted expenses and taking a vehicle in to get worked on. This is the first time I’ve been to Exclusive Repair after finding a recommendation online. My Honda Accord needed fuel injectors replaced and it seemed like every other service place was either overpriced or booked up for weeks. Exclusive Repair was able to get the work done very quickly at a reasonable price. They were transparent and their communication was excellent. They are a great example of how a business should be run.
