Jordan ,and honestly all the associates are awesome. They replaced my rear brakes and rotors on my Nissan Sentra. My car was undrivable due to another machanic put my rear brake shoes on wrong. I had to leave my car at Family Auto Repair so this issue could be properly fixed. They even took me home . Picked up my car the next day and she is like new money. Family Auto Repair deserves 5 stars and more. Very professional and kind.

Incredibly efficient and welcoming. Loved having my car serviced here, I’ll come back for sure, and will recommend to anyone in need of a great mechanic. I went in to get a state inspection; I found out my car needed a lot of work done (replacing spark plugs, manifold gasket, pcv valve, and a catalytic converter), all of that was fixed, and the cost was extremely reasonable.

Very very very disappointed at this shop. They told me my bcm was bad and they would order the part and bring the car back the next day. Next day comes I go back and wait for about 2 hours for the guy to tell me it will be 45 days till they get the part and my total cost for the whole repair would be $1,018. I said never mind and follow my instinct and went to another shop and the whole time it was my wiring. Imagine if I would have spent all that money and for them diagnosing my car wrong means I can't trust what they say.

The team is awesome! The manager who takes care of us is super honest—he always tries to do the best and as quickly as possible. The prices are very fair, and they never try to do more than necessary to make money off us. Nowadays, it’s rare to find an honest auto shop! Go there with your eyes closed ! They’re amazing, and they really work on all brands. I have an Audi A6, and they did an excellent job ! Just perfect !
