We’ve used Fast Action Pest Control services for over 7 years, and I must say I have never had any complaints with this company. They have consistently been punctual and polite. Denis has been providing services to my property for a while now. He is exceptionally versed with their products. He communicates well and always asks if there is anything I want him to focus on during this visit. With some companies, you can tell they’re just trying to get the job done as fast as possible to move on to the next one, but with Fast Action, you can tell they actually care about their reputation and pride themselves in providing good service.

I can’t say enough good things about Harold! From the very first visit, he impressed me with his professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care for doing excellent work. Sean T is my guy! Excellent service from start to finish. The technician was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain what was causing the issue and how it would be treated, which I really appreciated. The work was thorough, and I noticed a big improvement right away. Oh. My. Gaaaaaawd. I used Fast Action Pest Control five days ago to spray the outside of my house. When I called to schedule, I asked them not to spray inside because I have a kitten and two small dogs. The technician was really nice and polite, so no complaints there. But the day after the treatement I started having ants in my master bathroom and figured it was just the last of the colony desperately looking for an escape from outside because there were what could have been two queens mixed in with the hundreds of little ants since they were so much bigger than the rest. I sprayed them all and it stopped. However, this morning, all ant Hell broke lose and I have thick black lines all over my kitchen, entrance and hall closet! And the floor perimeter has trails. 😳 I sprayed with my own spray to kill them and try and stop it asap, then called Fast Action. But get this. They said because I opted out of having the inside sprayed that I would have to pay for an entire new service! They also said they don't have a 30-day guarantee for any of their work unless I signed up for their treatment plan. I laid into them (politely) because they didn't even give me a discount or refund for not spraying the inside and told them that even Terminx has a 30-day guarantee with a one time treatment service! Then, she said the inside is only done upon request and that since I used my own product today, they can't even come back for ten days anyway because it could potentially "deactivate their product," which sounds like a load of bull, and they would still have to charge me the fee again ($265). NOT CHEAP. And this was after she put me on hold to talk to her supervisor. I asked why I was never told not to use my own products after their treatment. She says she doesn't know cause she wasn't the one who scheduled it with me to begin with. This was my first experience using Fast Action and it will be my last. I feel robbed. What a load of bull. Talk about bad customer experience.
