We have just welcomed a new puppy home (Oakley) this was our first visit to fenvet and it was such a positive experience compared to our previous vet (where Oakley left feeling quite scared and hid in his crate for the rest of the day). At Fen Vet, Dr Chapell took the time to sit on the floor and play with Oakley while chatting with me and getting oakleys history. That small but meaningful effort made such a difference to Oakley and he came home his usual chirpy self. The clinic itself is absolutely gorgeous. It is modern, welcoming, and still feels clean and clinical in all the right ways for animals. As a new puppy owner, I really want to make sure Oakley does not develop a fear of the vets, so I am incredibly grateful for the care and approach shown by Dr Chapell. A huge thank you to the whole team.

The best vet experience I have ever had. They have taken such good care of my dog through all his health issues the last year. Dr. Brock has taken the time to explain things to me in a clear way. They also try their best to make everything affordable. Thank you so much for all you have done us!

We switched to Fen Vet a couple of years ago when our west highland terrier needed some dental work done. At that time, their pricing was the best we could find. We have been so thrilled with the care our dog has received there. All of the staff are friendly, caring, patient and all around excellent to be around given that vet visits can sometimes be difficult. We have seen a few different vets but Dr Cody always goes above and beyond. He takes so much time answering all of our questions, going through options and discussing care plans so we can all agree on what is best for our dog. Truly cannot recommend this place enough! And the barcuterie bar of treats always make our dog feel a little better after the visit.

The entirety of the staff was super welcoming and sweet to both us and our cat. The doctor listened to our worries, walked us through the issue, what to do, and answered every question without hesitation. Didn't feel pushy to add on services like our other vet did, so we really appreciate it. Spork also approves, she was very happy when she came home, as the vets didn't hold her down really aggressively and scare her. She also loved the little hidey hole and the big windows

We’ve been going to Fenvet Beltline since our Poppy was 3 months old. Going to the vet can be a very stressful experience, especially when you don’t know what’s wrong and obviously your furry family member can’t communicate it. Doctor Cody and all of the staff at Fenvet are kind, compassionate and exude passion for what they do. They always answer my questions via the app in a timely fashion, and make us feel like family every time we walk through the door. Even our Poppy loves going to the vet probably a little more than she should :) They are always clear and thorough with any information they need to convey. We are lucky to have such an amazing vet clinic!!
