I was so glad to have hired Fiona and her team for our wedding design and set-up. From our first meeting, my husband and I felt at ease that we had someone to help bring our vision to life. Her recommendations for vendors were helpful and helped bring together our vision within our timeline. She also went above and beyond when we had an emergency and needed help from our venue staff right away. This was such a lifesaver and got us back on track right away.

Having Fiona as our month of coordinator was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the moment she stepped in, she brought an incredible mix of professionalism, warmth, and genuine care that instantly put us at ease. She’s one of those people who manages to be both super sweet and incredibly detail-oriented, the perfect balance for a role that requires so much heart and precision. Fiona’s expertise and deep connections in the wedding industry were evident in every conversation. She anticipated needs we hadn’t even thought of, communicated seamlessly with all of our vendors, and made sure every moving piece came together effortlessly. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, she took over so smoothly that we were actually able to relax and truly enjoy that special time. Something every couple hopes for but few get to experience! On the day itself, Fiona was the calm at the centre of it all. Every portion of the day was meticulously planned and executed, from the smallest details to the biggest transitions, and everything went off without a hitch. She made sure that every vendor was on the same page, every timeline was followed, and every detail we cared about was honoured. When I say I had a TRAILER FULL of decorations, including 3 arches and over 12 bins of decor, I ain’t kidding! Fiona and her incredible team didn’t even flinch. Fiona is highly organized. Here is another professional in the wedding industry who knows what to do and has an impeccable eye for detail. Fiona is a talented stylist / decorator and brought my wedding vision to life. While I did not hire her to be my day-of wedding coordinator (as I didn’t need it with my venue), I know she offers this service as well and would highly recommend her and her company!

Fiona Lau and her team were invaluable to our wedding planning. We paid for Full Planning and I recommend this package for every couple who can afford a wedding planner (very reasonable prices). Fiona is the perfect balance of highly organized and going with the flow; ensuring important issues are promptly addressed while not letting minor details bog us down. She is exceptionally team-oriented ensuring that I, André and all the vendors felt like we were all on the same page. She was crucial to making our planning process and wedding so enjoyable. Some of my favourite moments: - When our first officiant had to cancel (many months before the wedding thankfully), Fiona helped us book a new amazing officiant within 24 hours. - When we had the final meeting with our venue, Fiona did all the heavy lifting so Andre and I spent most of that meeting in our own world admiring the venue. We only chimed in when they needed our opinion. - My mother coming into my bridal suite saying, "What is this?! I am the mother of the bride, I am supposed to be stressed but I have nothing to do!" - During the wedding, I was completely in the moment without a worry. Everything was magically in the right place during the event. Even when I got home, I went through all my stuff worried that something had been forgotten at the venue but it was all in place...I don't even know when they did that but I know that was Fiona and Danielle's doing! Fiona is AMAZING! 😻 She is organized, efficient, clear, and so passionate about her work! She takes the time to really understand you and your desires for your event, and does all that she can to bring it together. She has impeccable taste and an amazing eye for design! Our wedding would not have run as smoothly without Fiona. She thinks of all the little details you don’t even realize! Hands down I would recommend Fiona for any of your events! ✨
