I went in there to get a bent ring reshaped. Robert went ahead and took it back, and it was fixed (perfectly) and cleaned for no cost! I got my ring back within 10 minutes. Amazing staff and they definitely know what they’re doing there. I’m bringing all my jewelry here and here only.

Also happened to be there when another customer came in complaining about how long its taken to repair her hasnt-been-made for 80 years watch and contrary to other negatives they were completely fair and professional.
