This was my 2nd experience with Fix Auto in about 3 years, with the same car. The team there is solid, they listen to your concerns, are through when evaluating your vehicle situation and are all pleasant to deal with. My experience was enhanced by having good insurance and everything went as planned and I was informed of the progress every step of the way. Both times I’ve been here it was due to someone else hitting my car! Each time it came back as good as new. Seriously….. if you have an insurance Situation and want the repairs done right the 1st time. Take it to FixAuto, Sophia will get the paperwork in order and Zack and the other estimators will evaluate and stay in contact frequently. Thanks to the folks in the shop that did the work…. My cars back to showroom shape!

Fix Auto in Anaheim has wonderful customer service. Brought my Infinity QX 50 to get repaired after my car accident. I appreciated the text messages informing me of the progress made to my car with an estimated delivery date. My car looks amazing and it's as good as new. Highly recommend 👌

I dropped my car on off on 5/22/25 and picked it up 5/30/25. As you can see from the before and after pics, they did a great job! Thankfully, my insurance paid for the repair and I was only responsible for the deductible ($500). Happy with the care and service! Would recommend
