Steve was incredible to work with. I brought in my boyfriend’s laptop for repair, and he made the whole process super easy. I called in and he was able to meet with me and assess our laptop the same day! We ordered a replacement October 21st, it arrived the afternoon of the 30th, and Steve had everything transferred and ready to go in under three hours— seriously impressive turnaround. He kept in touch every step of the way and made sure I always knew what was happening. He was flexible with scheduling and really took the time to listen, answer questions, and lay out multiple options so I could decide what worked best. It felt like I was part of the process rather than just another repair ticket, which I really appreciated. Overall, I’m so glad I went with Steve instead of one of those big brand computer repair places. No long lines, no memory loss issues, and decent repair costs! The service felt personal, fast, and reliable— exactly what you want when you’re stressed about tech problems. I’ll absolutely be going back if I ever need help again. Came back from vacation, turned on my iMac as usual. Found it unexpectedly unable to launch Chrome, Safari or anything else. Got a notification finally . . . that I of course didn't understand at all. Fix My Busted Computer to the rescue! This was my second visit, and was just as great as the first six months ago. Very nice people, speedy service, reasonable rates. So glad there is help when you feel helpless with your computer! Thank you!!!

Steve was great, got me in same day to take a look at my external hard drive. Unfortunately it will require the help of a business who specializes in data recovery, but he pointed me in the direction of a company that can help. He also gave me a lot of tips of how to not let the issue happen again and even looked up right there some hard drives he would recommend to me to better suite my needs.

Rated 5 stars! I would highly recommend Steve and his team at Fix My Busted Computer. He's fixed 2 of my computer screens and did an astounding job on both of them. Not only did he fix the screen on the second computer, he fixed the body too. It used to make a really bad clacking noise whenever I opened it. No one does it better and more professionally than Steve and his team. Very reasonable pricing too. I'm so impressed by his service and will always go there for my computer repair needs.
