Can't say enough positives about our experience with Flooring Direct and their team. It was fantastic! We love our new floors and the install team did amazing! From the beginning Flooring Direct took care of us. Brian our salesperson no pressure at all. Setting up installation was a breeze and most importantly the install was perfect!! The crew showed up on time, worked hard, cleaned up after themselves each day and my floors are beautiful. Thank you for taking care of us!!

Brian our salesman was great! Took the time to answer all Our questions. Explained pros and cons of different types and styles. Later my wife wasn’t sure about the color of Carpet so Brian went 30 mins out of his way on a Saturday to meet us and give us a sample to take home and make sure it would work since she wasn’t available for his initial visit. The office staff got us scheduled quickly for install. The install team answered all my questions. They were on time and they moved all our furniture back to the exact spot! It was like they took a picture of the room before. I was shocked they beat Lowes by over 1k with higher quality materials! As you can see in the photo my son loves lying on it while he plays. The pad and carpet are so soft! Thank you guys for making our rooms look wonderful!

Flooring direct was great from setting up the appointment with Amanda to Michael coming to our home and helping me choose my new flooring and then the installation which is so beautiful. All went great! This is the 2nd time I’ve used this company. You just don’t forget great service!!!
