This place has become one of my favorite perks of being an Alaska Club member. I use to HATE this place but because Jamie (The Manager) has made this place SAFE and extremely CLEAN. I no longer think twice about bringing my daughter to teen night and my younger kids to enjoy Fly trampoline. The real MVP is Jamie!!!!!! I love that lady and she is extremely the best management I have seen around here.
We got there at 715pm, bought an hour of play time. At 8pm they kicked us out saying it was the start of teen night time. We were not told about this at the beginning and they refused to do anything about the time they stole. Also the place was dirty which I guess is understandable as it's winter break and it was packed with kids.
Worker was rude took my daughter for her birthday today and she wasn’t into the whole thing ended up paying for 2 hrs of jump time and before we were even close to the ending of the first hr we asked if we could just get reimbursed for the extra hour because my daughter didn’t want to be there they said no they don’t do that i found that really ridiculous. We did end up leaving before our time was up which was a waste of money but it is what it is
Alaska clubs takeover of this place has been a real disaster. Previously, this was staffed with friendly and attentive personnel and was much more sensory accommodating. Now? They don’t really seem to care about anything but making money (re:Alaska club) and not very much about customers. Redesign is very flawed, lots of unneeded bells and whistles so they can charge you more (membership price is almost double what it used to be). Very sad as my daughter and I have been coming here for years, and have come less and less since the acquisition. Quite a shame there isn’t a decent and affordable place to take your child to spend a snow day (now that shockwave went out of business) but it’s pretty clear that that’s the point- they’re trying to drive out working families and attune their business model more to the Alaska Club demo ($$$). Worse still, it’s notably dirtier and as mentioned less engaged staff. Seems like everything is a race to the bottom these days!
This place was too busy and I’m sure past the fire code. They only had 2 (young adults/could have been teenagers) working the front and one older gentleman working one small area in the back. They didn’t have any “safety personnel” on the floor for the almost two hours I was there with my two children. We left early because the older children were cussing, jumping from area to area across walk ways and almost hit an elderly grandmother walking behind her small child. The smaller kids were throwing all the foam blocks out of the play area and actually getting on the side railing and jumping off. The place was a mess and not clean and looked as if hadn’t been cleaned all day. Please see pictures. Will not return and do not recommend.
