I purchased a new furnace and air conditioner. Over $22,000. I was told I need a new breaker box as well. Hvac system and breaker box was looked at the very 1st day. I was going to cancel my order the very next day. But nooooo. My dumb ass trust what I was being told. Supposedly a man name Niko told me he is here to help me. Since I was going to purchase the new Hvac system. I wanted to put my new breaker box and Hvac system on 1 account. Four Seasons kept calling me back wanting to know the story over and over again. Only to tell me there was nothing they could do for me after my account close. It conveniently closed after I was waiting on the phone call from Nicko.Needless to say , I never got that call. A discount or any incentive has not happened. Its been over 3 weeks. Never really tried to satisfy their customer, that's going to pay over $20000 back. I'm so disgusted. Don't trust what they tell you and the customer service is awful. They literally tried to shun me from calling and asking questions. It was basically customer abuse, I can go on and on I am so disappointed in myself. And certainly disappointed in four seasons cause they are not the reputable company that I thought they were extremely unhappy!!!!
