I found Chandler via Instagram. His irreverent videos of home tours is what drew me, but what really sealed it for me that I wanted to work with him was when I saw his videos about being a first time home buyer. That was me. We started with some solid conversations and meeting about the process and needs. Very quickly we were off to the races. The search process went much easier than I expected, between the portal he utilized and the scheduling of viewings. He was attentive and heard me in what I said I wanted and my budget. He was ahead of me in some parts on having some additional homes to view. When I came to a property that I felt spoke to me the most, he worked hard to help me get it. The entire team of Chanlder at Frank Albert and the team over at Custom Rate helped make the entire process, from end-to-end, much easier than I truly expected.

My husband and I recently scheduled a visit to your property; however, we were unable to access the home during our appointment. Although the gate was open, the garage door keypad was not functioning—possibly due to a lack of electrical connection. I was only able to view the exterior of the property. Typically, after a showing, the realtor follows up, but in this case I did not receive any communication. I attempted to reach out several times: once I reached a full voicemail box, another time I was redirected to the office without success. We left multiple voicemail and text messages, and also contacted the office associate twice, but we still did not receive a return call. We made several additional attempts through the office associate as well, yet never received any response from the realtor. After the unsuccessful showing, your automated system sent a feedback request to my realtor, and we responded right away. However, we did not receive any follow-up from you. My realtor—who is also a family member—called several times, but you did not return his calls either.
