Beware! There are additional weight limits on certain attractions. And pictures are not consistent even if the website is location specific. The website ONLY says there is a 250 weight limit. But there are additional weight limits on different attractions. Fine. I understand weight limits for safety reasons. But that needs to be specified on the website!! We drove over an hour and spent a lot of money for this. Then when I tried to talk to someone about it and how frustrating it is and hoping for maybe some sort of discount I was told two of our tickets could get refunded. Just to find out that those two would then not get to finish out their time while the rest did. The whole place is not very teen friendly and is geared more toward smaller children. It wasn’t my goal to get in some free entertainment but, again, if there are additional weight limits THAT NEEDS TO BE SPECIFIED ON THE WEBSITE!! Now I’ve got two upset kids because they can’t do all the things they wanted and thought they would be able to do.
This place is awesome. It's open and plenty of challenges for kids of all ages. My kids loved the wall climbing area. The staff is pretty attentive when it comes to safety, that was a plus.
My husband and I absolutely love bringing my kids to this place, it's unlike other trampoline parks in both hospitality and excitement! The staff there is always amazing to interact with and the manager there is so helpful and thoughtful. She's always looking out for the kids and others making sure everyone is safe and having a great time. I can't wait to come again next week!
Been there twice, first time was so much fun my daughter wanted her birthday there! We got a room which covers up to ten kids was prefect for us they have a bigger room available to.
Visiting from out of town, we looked for a fun way for our kids to spend the afternoon- and we found it here! We did the 2 hour pass and they enjoyed every minute. We didn't know you needed grippy socks so we had to buy some there, which my kids also loved as as souvenir of their day.
